There's a been a lot of discussions regarding album downloads and if they should be free or not. But a new site has a new spin on things.
Diggingforfiles.com is a site for getting new and free album downloads, without having to do anything illegal. It introduces and "shares" albums from artists such as Maroon 5, Marilyn Manson, Aezealia Banks, Linkin Park and several other mainstream and indie acts. But how is it possible?
Well, when people come to download albums for free they actually don't get the albums they've come to download illegally. Instead, they get a similar artists album which needs support and listeners. They are often unsigned garage bands which needs a bit of attention. Does it sound weird?
It's bound to piss of a lot of people when they discover they do not get the album they wanted. But at the same time - beggars can't be choosers? And they've actually tried to do something illegal, isn't it better they actually get to support and listen to new music instead?
